Xootle Lite

Xootle Lite is the first step into the Xootle family. It is powerful, simple to operate and designed for establishments that want to get online quickly and affordably.

It functions as a complete solution in its own right. It can also work alongside your existing PMS if you are not yet ready to replace it.

You can manage reservations through the channel manager and your own website on your system, or you can let Xootle take full control when you switch to Xootle PMS in the future.

How quickly can I use Xootle Lite?
Xootle Lite can be set up and made available online within one day. To activate the payment methods, we need to complete a one-time verification process. This usually takes three business days.

Does Xootle Lite have a schedule board?
Yes. Xootle Lite has an intuitive schedule board that shows the total number of rooms in each category. By adjusting the number of rooms available, all linked channels are synchronised immediately. You can also adjust your prices here.

Can I adjust prices for a specific period?
Yes, it's easy to set prices for a specific period through the schedule board.

Can Xootle Lite work alongside my current PMS?
Yes. You can use Xootle Lite alongside your existing system. Reservations made through the channel manager or your own website are processed in your PMS. You don't need to change your current workflow.

Can I expand later?
Yes. Xootle Lite is the starting point for joining the Xootle family. If you later wish to expand with a full Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) system or accounting system, it is easy to do so.
