The system automatically adjusts to the screen you're using. It has larger buttons on smaller screens and more overview on bigger displays. It's always clear, comfortable, and easy to use, no matter the device. 
Can I split payments using the POS system?​
Yes, the POS system allows you to easily process partial payments without splitting the table. This means you can settle the bill flexibly, whether per person, by product category, or based on the type of expense. For instance, one guest could pay for the drinks while another covers the meals. 

The system also supports separating business and personal expenses within the same table. This is useful for customers who want to declare some of their spending or keep it separate for accounting purposes. Everything remains clearly registered under the same table without disrupting your staff's workflow.
What happens during an internet outage?​
Xootle operates in the cloud, but there's a Hybrid option for extra security. The Hybrid solution includes a mini-server for local operation until internet service is restored, at which point it syncs automatically with the cloud.

Note: Most card terminals won't work during an internet outage as they communicate with payment providers like Xootle Pay online.

We recommend a backup 4G/5G internet connection to maintain function without interruption.
