Do I Need to Pay for a License per Computer?
No, the license structure at Xootle is simple and affordable. You can use as many computers or mobile devices as you want. However, Xootle has a limit of 5 concurrent users. If you need more concurrent users, it's possible at a small additional cost. So you don't pay extra licenses per register or computer at Xootle!
Do I Need Any Other Software for My Business?
This depends on your business's specific needs. Xootle is an all-in-one solution that enables you to manage virtually all business processes. What is the Difference Between the Channel Managers?
The basic channel manager supports 3 channels: 2 OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and your own booking engine. The extended channel manager features over 200 channels, giving you access to a much larger network of distribution partners.
Why Is There a Charge per Channel Reservation?
As more reservations are made, the load on distribution systems increases. To ensure quality, speed, and affordability, we apply the "Pay-by-Use" principle, meaning you pay based on the number of reservations. If you exceed 500 online reservations per year (an average of 42 per month), you benefit from a volume discount.
What Are the Hardware Requirements for Xootle?
You can work excellently with a mini PC. A Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, or other mini computers, as well as standard computers and operating systems, are also compatible. You need a browser and an internet connection, that's all. Some memory is required since the browser processes everything. Generally, 2GB of memory is sufficient. Tablets are also usable.
